A person shared with me the other day, you should have goals to work towards but you should also have punishments if you don’t reach your goals š¤£ my client set the goal and challenged herself to reach a 6lbs weight lose in 4 weeks, if she doesn’t complete this she owes me Ā£100. If she reaches it she gets to spend the money on herself. What could you do to set yourself challenges and goals??
